Amanda Foreman (Los Angeles, 15 de julho de 1966) é uma atriz estadunidense, mais conhecida por seus trabalhos em séries de televisão, principalmente Felicity como Meghan Rotundi, Alias como Carrie Bowman e What about Brian como Ivy Wilbourn. Coincidentemente, todas estas séries foram produzidas por J. J. Abrams.
Foreman nasceu em Los Angeles, Califórnia, filha de Linda Lawson, uma atriz e John Foreman, um produtor. Ela é a irmã mais nova de Julie Foreman, também uma atriz.
