Carl Djerassi (Viena, 29 de outubro de 1923 — São Francisco, Califórnia, 30 de janeiro de 2015) foi um químico, romancista e dramaturgo austríaco naturalizado estadunidense.
É conhecido por sua contribuição ao desenvolvimento da pílula anticoncepcional. Foi professor emérito de química da Universidade Stanford.
