Simon Michael Schama, CBE (13 de fevereiro de 1945) é um acadêmico e escritor britânico, professor de História e História da Arte na Universidade de Columbia. Entre suas obras mais famosas estão Landscape and Memory, Dead Certainties, Rembrandt's Eyes, além de sua história da Revolução Francesa, Citizens. Schama ficou conhecido por escrever e apresentar um documentário em 15 partes produzido e exibido pela BBC intitulado A History of Britain; também é um crítico de arte para o jornal americano The New York Times.
